How do you compress in Word?
With your file open in your Microsoft Office application, select the picture or pictures that you want to compress. Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Adjust group, click Compress Pictures. If you do not see the Picture Tools - Format tab, make sure that you selected a picture.
How do I shrink a Word document to 4x6?
Press [Ctrl]P. In the Zoom section, click the Scale To Paper Size drop-down arrow. Scroll to and select the desired sheet size. Enter how many copies you want and then click OK.
