This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. I had one document that wouldn't open and with one click I had it sent off to tech support who replied within 2 minutes and I was filling it out in under 10 minutes. A very useful product, although a bit tricky (complex) to work with. I don't fill out enough PDFs to make a subscription worthwhile, even at the discounted 75%-off rate. Thank you for allowing me to try it!

Fast and easy
This was easy to use. I filled out my tax form and it was immediately sent to the IRS via certified mail. I’m able to track my document and know it will arrive on time. I’m happy I didn’t have to wait 30 min in line at the post office to send the document.

I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

Although generally a deed does not have to be recorded to be a valid conveyance, there are practical reasons for recording a deed. Deeds usually do not take effect as to creditors and subsequent purchasers without notice until the instrument is recorded. The deed also must be accepted by the grantee.
Does a warranty deed have to be recorded to be valid?
Validity of a Deed does not need to be filed or recorded with a government agency to be valid. Also, there is no law that prevents a valid deed from being recorded at any time, even years after the official transfer takes place.
