VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. A very useful tool for PDFs
Very good experience. In my beginnings I had a little trouble but everything came very quickly. I mainly use it for my professional paperwork with the administrations when I need to edit some files and sometimes I use it to sign. Not only do we save paper but also if we don't have a printer or are on a mobile or the tablet one can use this application. It's great !
Multiple features, easy and practice of use, especially for the modification of documents.
One thing to take into account is that pdfFiller is not easy for one who doesn't know more about this kind of software. Slight bugs sometimes but otherwise nothing to report on the software.

How do you invalidate a deed?
The exercise of UNDUE INFLUENCE also ordinarily serves to invalidate a deed. The test of whether such influence has been exerted turns upon the issue of whether the granter executed the deed voluntarily. Undue influence is wrongful and serves to confuse the judgment and to control the will of the granter.
How do you void a deed?
Locate your copy of the original quitclaim deed. Draft a new quitclaim deed, this time naming yourself as the granter and the original granter as the grantee.
Is a forged deed void?
The law treats a forged deed as if the deed never existed. Unlike fraudulent documents that are not forged which are voidable at the option of a defrauded party, and therefore valid if the defrauded parties do not choose that option forged deed is void from the start, and cannot ever be revived, the Court ruled.
Do deeds have to be recorded to be valid?
Although generally a deed does not have to be recorded to be a valid conveyance, there are practical reasons for recording a deed.
