It is easy to fill out proposals with your template. I wish there was a way to make it easier to access it because I will be using that document many times and so far I have had to search for it.

So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

Easy to use for 1099 filings Use for 1099s and other tax filings. Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed. Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.

We were out of town and needed an… We were out of town and needed an expensive package delivered to an alternate address. We needed a signed release for the courier to deliver without a signature, and this was the best way to create and eventually email that release form.

Eliminating so much wasted paper Very good! Would highly recommend to any fast paced office We have cut out paper usage in half since we started using this product! Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!
