Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. I have used PDF filler often to complete PDF forms. The program is very user friendly. I love it!
I love the ease of use it creates when completing documents. It takes the hassle out of completing some of the complicated documents.
I really don't have any negative feedback about the software. Sometimes the text of the document overlaps and I have not figured out how to avoid that from happening.

Fairly easy to navigate. Text does not always line up exactly right, but close enough to make the document readable. Overall, very pleased with the service.

How do you highlight on Connect?
To highlight e-book text, click and drag your mouse cursor over the text you want to highlight. Then click the highlighter tool in the navigation bar (A) and select the color you want to use. Click add highlight (B). To hide all highlighted e-book text, click hide highlights (C).
What does Brainwave format mean?
A: Brainwave is a digital textbook platform. It is much more than a standard reading platform. You can highlight text, bookmark, search, sort, and take notes.
How do I remove highlight in e-book?
To delete a highlight, click the star icon to view the highlighted text. Then, click the trash icon to the right of the text. You can also delete a highlight by double-clicking the left mouse button and a trash icon will appear just above the highlight.
What is recharge in connect?
By using the Recharge (A) feature throughout the term, students will effectively retain the material they have learned. By revisiting content that is most likely to be forgotten at that moment in time, students use Yearbook as a highly personalized study partner that is proven to increase knowledge retention.
What does it mean when it says recharge on Connect?
Similar to a traditional tutor, the Yearbook also predicts what material the student will forget over time and how fast they will forget it. Knowing this, the Yearbook asks students to “recharge” their learning, helping the student to review and better retain the material.

Yearbook is a digital version of your course textbook. It contains the same content within the textbook, but unlike a typical e-book, Yearbook actively tailors that content to your individual needs as a student.
