Great for my online classes! This has been a great tool for editing PDFs for my Anatomy class. The only problem is the "drawing" tool does not provide enough color options. It's very limited.

Awesome product!! Fax and Documents Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER! I wish their was a line i could call to get tech support because I am sometimes in need of a really quick question. I cant find anyone to help!

Good for someone who isn't tech savy While I'd like to think I am pretty good with a computer -- I am by no means the level of a graphic designer or anything like that. But I do a lot of work with pdfs that need to be tweaked a bit and this is easy to use! The initial use can be a little daunting to someone who is new. But it's easy to figure out once you get a hang of it.

Excellent Customer Support I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.

Create your invoice make it professional. The first step is to put your invoice together. Clearly mark your invoice. Add company name and information. Write a description of the goods or services you're charging for. Don't forget the dates. Add up the money owed. Mention payment terms.
Open Receipts. The Open Receipts Report produces a listing of all Purchase Order Receipts for which an Accounts Payable Bill has not yet been entered.
Open Invoices An open invoice is a detailed document that shows the amount owed and the due date of the payment. Generally the invoice is sent by vendors to the accounting department or accounts payable department of the company that owes them.
A receipt is a written acknowledgment that something of value has been transferred from one party to another. In addition to the receipts consumers typically receive from vendors and service providers, receipts are also issued in business-to-business dealings as well as stock market transactions.
The significant difference between the two is that the invoice is issued prior to the payment while the receipt is issued after the payment. The invoice is used to track the sale of goods or services. On the contrary, receipt acts as documentation for the buyer that the amount of the merchandise has been paid.
When the status of the invoice is Paid, this means that the customer paid the partial amount and there's still an open balance left. On the other hand, when it's Closed, it means that the invoice is paid in full.
There are a variety of statuses an invoice can have. Each status represents the state an invoice is in as it moves from being created, to being sent to a client, to being paid in full. Draft: The invoice has been created, but it has not been sent to the client. Sent: The invoice has been sent to the client.
Close for Invoicing — You can close for invoicing at the header, release, line, and shipment levels. Finally, Close — You can finally close at the header, release, line, and shipment levels. Purchasing automatically closes fully billed and received purchase orders.
