Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! What is a BTW in DTS?
You complete a BTW to show the estimated cost (a.k.a., the constructed cost) of the directed transportation mode and attach it to the DTS document. ... To allow you to use your selected transportation mode, but limit your transportation reimbursement to the constructed cost of the directed transportation mode.
What constructed travel?
Constructed travel is when a traveler chooses a mode of travel other than the standard or authorized mode. One example is when a traveler drives a privately owned conveyance (POC) or rental car instead of flying. When this occurs, the traveler may be required to provide a cost-comparison to the Authorizing Official.
What is Pvt Auto in around?
Pvt Auto-In/Around If you use your POC (auto) for official business while at the TRY location. Pvt Auto-pay/TAD If you use your POC (auto) for travel from your duty station or residence to and from the TRY location. When chosen, you cannot enter the number of miles.
What is in and around mileage?
En route mileage is official mileage to, from, and between your home or Permanent Duty Station (PDS) and one or more alternate duty locations. In- and-around local mileage is any other official mileage.
How much does DTS pay per mile?
Don't expect mileage rates to go up for 2019, unless there is a big jump in fuel prices. Odds are they will remain at the same amount as in 2018. If you travel on TRY orders, you will be reimbursed $0.545 per mile; if you are Posing, you get $0.18 per mile.
How do I claim mileage in DTS?
The traveler must allow DTS to compute the mileage amount by selecting mileage from the Duty Station to the TAD site under the mileage tab.
