Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

I would like it better if you just advertised "A Great Price" instead of advertising a "free" service. I would like to look at the tutorials before watching a webinar to get more familiar first.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! PDFfiller is simple and easy to use. It gets the job done.
Easy way to have paperwork signed.
PDFfiller makes the documents look very clean and keeps me organized. Also it is not hard to figure out how to use it. The customer support is amazing too.
There are no CC options when sending out a document for someone to sign. I hope PDFfiller creates that feature soon.

This is so easy to use
This is so easy to use. I would recommend the PDF Filler to anybody wanting to make new documents or using the helpful templates that are already in the program. It's a very reasonable cost as well.

The app notifies me of when someone fills out my form.
What do you dislike?
The integration from the link in the email to the app on my phone. For some reason, there is a disconnect.

If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you.
