I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. I think this is a very good software. It is easy to fill and sign a document or to create your own. I am having some trouble finding a document that I started and did not finish. And I would like to learn everything that it offers.

Why is my email sending as plain text?
Change the message format to HTML, Rich Text Format, or plain text. You can change the format of a message when you reply to it or forward it. If the recipient's email program is set to convert messages, for example, then a message you send formatted as HTML could be converted to plain text.
Why are some Outlook emails plain text?
Open Outlook. Click on File< Options< Trust Center< Trust Center Settings< Email Security. Under Read as Plain Text group ensure to the option Read all standard mail in plain text is unchecked. Some recipients (especially corporate users) for reasons of security prefer to receive messages in plain text format.
How do I convert HTML to plain text?
Click on the File tab again, then click the Save as option. In the Save as type drop-down list, select the Plain Text (*. Txt) option. Click the Save button to save as a text document.
