What do you like best?
I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.
What do you dislike?
The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.

I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. How do you change the file type of picture?
