What do you like best?
Easy to use and very flexible. Upload and go. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike?
Haven't noticed any downside. Have been even able to access from my smart phone as well.

Offer tutorials on instructions and examples of usage of the features. Currently going thru trial and error which so far has worked well

What do you like best?
The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.
What do you dislike?
Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

Ease of use and flexibility of product are what I like the most. I have found product to be a great time saver.
I haven't experienced any negative problems except sometimes I have had a problem saving my template.

As a landlord in a 2-family house, it's easy to create a lease. However, it's impossible to alter standard terms and conditions - this is a drawback.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.

If you want to add someone to your household, you must get approval from SCC HA. If the new member is an adult, you must receive written permission from the owner or landlord prior to submitting your request to SCC HA. Submit your request in writing to your Housing Specialist, advising who you would like to add.
How does Section 8 find out if someone is living with you?
The only people allowed to officially live in your home have to be reported on your HUD 50058 form. This is a form that is included in the application process (and the annual renewal) for Section 8 benefits. It's called the Family Report and outlines each member of your family that will be living with you.
Can someone live with you if you have Section 8?
Yes, a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher household may live in a unit with other people, but only if very specific circumstances are met. Generally, your Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher must be tied to the lease for a rental property.
Does Section 8 check your bank account?
HUD requires bank account information for prospective and continuing recipients of their rental assistance programs, such as Section 8 housing vouchers (subsidized rent for low-income families) and HUD-financed public housing for the elderly and disabled.
What are Section 8 violations?
Commit fraud, bribery or any other corrupt criminal act in connection with any federal housing program. Have an outstanding debt owed to any housing authority in connection with Section 8 or public housing. Violate a repayment agreement to a housing authority.
Can my boyfriend live with me on HUD?
Your local DSS cannot count your boyfriend's income against you. However, if you have children together, you may not be able to apply for benefits without including your boyfriend. This is true unless he tells the DSS office that he is supporting the children or supporting you.
Can I give my Section 8 voucher to my son?
Yes, Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers may be transferred to another Public Housing Authority's (PHA) service area once specific conditions are met. This process is referred to as portability.
Can I add a family member to my Section 8 voucher?
