so far so good...I have just tried it today with billing to Medicare and I hope the forms go through properly and the claims are paid. I will not know how this works until I see if the claims have been honored.

PDFfiller is great, but other free options are just as good
I love the ease of use. I have to fill out a ton of PDF files and it really made my life easier.
I don't like that it costs money. I'd rather deal with ads then pay. There are plenty of other options out there that are free and just as easy to use.

What do you like best?
I like the ability to electronically sign documents.
What do you dislike?
I wish I was able to edit the text in documents without the formatting getting messed up because it only allows for the addition of new text boxes or adding to existing ones which causes the formatting issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having to print out and fax documents which can be time consuming. It has really benefited my company to be able to sign and send documents electronically making for a smoother more efficient experience.

Property: What is a Possessor Title A Possessor Title refers to the ownership of land to someone who does not hold the deeds to document his ownership, specifically because those documents do not exist due to them being lost or destroyed.
Does possessor title affect value?
a) a possessor title can be set aside if the legal owner applies to the Land Registry with the necessary deeds to prove ownership of the property. Because of this, a possessor title is not a good and marketable title and this is likely to affect the value of the property.
Can possessor title be challenged?
By its very nature, a possessor title is subject to challenge by a person with a “better” claim to the relevant land. After land has been registered with possessor title for at least 12 years, an application can be made to the Land Registry to upgrade to absolute title.
Can I sell my house with a possessor title?
Anyone buying a property with registered possessor title will not get any better title to the property than the seller had, so there is a potential risk that the true owner could make a successful claim for possession. But if the registered owner does object the squatter would not get any title.
How long does a possessor title last?
Once a property has been registered with a possessor title for 12 years without a claim being made by any person with a documentary title, the title may be upgraded to title absolute. It will, however, remain subject to any earlier rights or covenants, so an insurance policy is still required.
