What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.

The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.

It works well overall
It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database.
The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

Prompt and Efficient Response
They responded to my request for chat support quickly. When on line they worked to get me what I needed. My need was fulfilled satisfactorily, even though it took quite some time. My lack of knowledge may have contributed to the length of time for the matter to be resolved. All agents were prompt.

How do I convert a PDF to a newer version?
How to Change PDF Versioned the PDF you want to do a version change on. Click “Advanced” and select “PDF Optimizer” from the drop-down menu. Click the drop-down menu labeled “Make Compatible with” and select the compatibility version you require. Select a location on your computer to save the optimized PDF.
Can a PDF be updated?
To edit a PDF, simply open it in Word. Find the PDF, and open it (you might have to select Browse and find the PDF in a folder). Word tells you that it's going to make a copy of the PDF and convert its contents into a format that Word can display. The original PDF won't be changed at all.
