So far, I am impressed with the PDFfiller. I can do all the things I want to do in a rather straightforward manner. We will see what the future brings in terms of the capabilities I have not used yest.

PDFfiller seems to do everything I need, thanks. The only negative, and it's hard to pin down, is that the UI (user interface) seems to be overly busy and cluttered. But it works.

Love the product, but would like a better digital signature section . . . Right now the email client/messaging is a little clumsy and customers are not able to properly sign and return docs digitally. They are too often still having to scan. Thanks.

I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

What do you like best?
I like how intuitive PDFfiller works compared to using a typical graphic design application to fill out PDF forms. PDFfiller does a good job at understanding how to format common documents and makes it easy for me to download files after filling them out. I think that the pricing for PDFfiller is very reasonable and the website is designed very professionally.
What do you dislike?
I have been able to use PDFfiller very smoothly in the time that I've used it, but it's not always perfect when it comes to formatting certain documents. I think they are improving all the time though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend PDFfiller for filling out digital documents, for sure. I think if you compare it to other cloud-based software tools, you'll see that it can work more smoothly with your workflow in many cases.

We work with lots of digital documents, and since it can take a long time to fill them out through printing, writing and scanning, PDFfiller really helps to streamline the document filling and signing process. It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.
