Sometimes we need to make a PDF document using information contained in a PowerPoint presentation. In this situation, it would be very helpful to have a tool that could convert PowerPoint to PDF. In the past, you probably had to print out a presentation and scan it. Besides needing a printer and a scanner, the whole process was just too time-consuming. Now there is a far easier way to convert PPT to PDF. You can simply use pdfFiller! To convert a presentation to a PDF, upload the PPT file to your pdfFiller account. As soon as it opens in the editor, click the Done button, and choose Save As from the dropdown menu.

Alternatively, go to MY DOCS, select the presentation and click Save As in the right pane.

On the page that will open next, click on the PDF icon.

In the next window, select the pages you need to save.

Click Settings if you want to change properties of the document, this will open the Settings' dialog window. You can save your document as a native PDF and protect it with a password. Make your choice and click OK.

Click SAVE AS in the top right corner.

Enter a password and press the Apply button.

Finally, click OK and select the folder in which you’d like to save the file.

If you want to save your presentation as an image PDF, select the respective option in the Settings' dialog window. You will be able to change the orientation of pages, paper size and quality of the document.
