Choose File > Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Multiple Pages Per Sheet. From the Pages Per Sheet pop-up menu, select a value. Click OK or Print.
In the slide thumbnail tab, on the left side of the PowerPoint window, select the slide you want to save. On the Edit menu, select Copy. Click File > New Presentation. On the Home tab, select the down arrow next to the Paste button, and then select Keep Source Formatting.
Navigate to the File menu. Select Print. Open the Handout options. Select how many slides you want to print per page. Open the Printer drop down. Select the Microsoft Print to PDF printer. Click Print. Choose a location to save your PDF.
