The price should be mentioned up front. You have to pay at the end because the document is important. I'm sure that is intentional. Its a good program so far. I will let you know the final outcome.

Easy to Use
It's been fantastic to use to add whole sections into a document without having to re-do everything.
We haven't required something like this often, so I love that I can access this software for free, on an as-needed basis.
Haven't needed to use the software enough to have any issues arise that I couldn't troubleshoot on my own.

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. How do I remove password protection from PDF?
Download and install PDF Utilities from Google Play.

How do I convert a locked PDF file?
Locate the PDF on your computer. Right click on it and click Open With then choose Google Chrome.
