I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Overall, it's an excellent piece of software to utilize in your business or for personal document editing needs.
Allows for easy and quick editing of pdf forms so I can collaborate, sign, fax and send documents to team members and clients. Very helpful.
I have not any cons with the use of this software thus far, it's done everything i've asked of it with ease.

Fast and effective response
When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.

What is the Bates numbering system?
Bates Numbering, also known as Bates Stamping, is an indexing method used for legal, business and medical documents (PDFs in most cases). Bates Numbers are perceived as digital reference points used to uniquely identify and label each page in a set of documents.
Why is it called Bates numbering?
Bates numbering is also used in medical and business records, where it may or may not include labels for the date and time of a page's creation. Bates numbering has been used for well over a century. It gained its name from the Bates Automatic Numbering-Machine, patented in the 1890s by Edwin G. Bates.
Is Bates numbering required?
Bates patented his device for applying consecutive numerical stamps to documents in 1892. In the old days, Bates-stamping documents required a person to literally stamp each page of the set of documents to be produced. Clearly, Bates-labels were useful, even essential.
