Love this program! It allows you to download any document and make it your own. No more handwriting which leaves room for errors. The only part that confuses me is the saving of a document to be used over and over... haven't quite figured that out yet.

It was a little difficult to navigate at first, but has allowed me to begin to file paper claims with insurance companies for a small medical company. Help was quick when I asked. Alignment is a little off, but it gave me a good, cheap start.

Makes forms easy
Easily able to make fillable forms for PT's, Able to edit pdf's easily

What do you like best?
GREAT to use, has lots of options and you can upload almost anything!
What do you dislike?
I wish that there were more options, like adding icons, or company stamps. I also have found sometimes when I download it there are lines that run through it, very frustrating when it took like an hour to manipulate a document, and it won't upload without random lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically AIA forms for commercial contracting, such a great tool!

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. Locating this chat support option was easy and not hidden amongst FAQs or literature used to distract and deter you from reaching out

What do you like best?
Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use
What do you dislike?
Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.

Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

The PDF filler is amazing
The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.

How do you copy a shape?
Select your first shape and press CTRL + D to duplicate it. Re-organize and align the pasted shape as you want to have it. When you are done with the alignment of the second shape, then use CTRL + D several times again to make your other copies of the shape.
How do I copy and paste a shape in Word?
Select the shape with the attributes that you want to copy. Press CTRL+SHIFT+C to copy the shape attributes. Press the TAB key or SHIFT+TAB to select the shape or object that you want to copy the attributes to. Press CTRL+SHIFT+V.
How do you duplicate a shape in PowerPoint?
Click to select the object that you want to duplicate. Hover over the object with your mouse and press the CTRL key until you see the plus symbol next to the arrow. While still pressing the CTRL key, click and drag the object to the new location.
How do you duplicate an object in Word?
All you need to do is select the object (or objects) you wish to duplicate and then copy them to the Clipboard. This is most easily done by just pressing Ctrl+C. Paste the objects back into your drawing (Ctrl+V) and then move them to the desired position.
