What do you like best?
I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

A Great Time Saving Tool This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time. The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments. I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it. I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised. I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

Excellent support and customer service I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund. I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

it's easy to fill out and send wherever you need to send any important documents it was simple, and easy to send my documents to wherever they needed to be sent. Also the signature was perfect, I didn't need to print and sign anything, it was all here for me.

The format is easy to understand and… The format is easy to understand and quite intuitive. Very quick loading times. My only problem is that text boxes do not align correctly to the pdf that I am editing - they are too high.

How to use the Copy Seal PDF feature in pdfFiller

Log in to pdfFiller
Once you’ve opened a web browser, navigate to pdfFiller.com and sign in using your account details. If you don't have an account, sign up for a free trial.

Open the document
After you've logged in, select the document you wish to work with from your account or upload a new file. If you want to change any details in the document, click “Edit" first before proceeding.

Locate the Copy Seal PDF feature
Find the "Copy Seal" option located at the top right-hand side of the screen and click on it.

Choose what to copy
You'll be asked to select the part of the document that you want to copy. Use your cursor to highlight the section that you want, and then click the "Copy" button.

Insert the copied seal
Go to the location in which you want to place your new seal, then select "Paste" to insert the copied seal. The copied seal only works in a pdfFiller document if it has been created with pdfFiller.

Save the document
Once you've added the seal wherever you want it, double-check that the new copy has been inserted correctly, and then click on the "Save" button.
