The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. I guess this is what makes PDFfiller a greater product than the competition!

Had to fill in a long medical form. PDFfiller makes it easy and a lot neater than my handwriting. Also, I have to fill this out once a year for the same doctor and it will save me time not having to fill it out from scratch. All I will need to do is verify any information to make sure it hasn't changed and place a new date on it and send it.

ease of use could be a little better The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back. It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

Option 1: Customize It Yourself Write your signature on a piece of blank white paper using a black pen or marker. Scan the paper, or take a picture directly above your signature, and save the file. Go to RubberStamps.com, and click on the Signature Stamps category. Select your desired stamp size and mount.
Copying and Pasting a Stamp You can copy a stamp from one document and paste it into another document. To copy a stamp, choose Edit→Copy Stamp. This menu item is available if you've added a stamp to the current document. To paste a stamp, choose Edit→Paste Stamp.
To stamp all pages in a document at once, place your stamp on one page, then choose Edit Selection Duplicate to All Pages. Similarly, you can copy the stamp to only the next page by choosing Edit Selection Duplicate to Next Page.
Here's how to use it: Once you have the document open in , navigate to the "Stamp" tab in the toolbar on the right-hand side of the screen. From here, select the "Copy Stamp" tool. With the Copy Stamp tool selected, click on the area of the document that you want to replicate.
