I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.

Experienced user back for more
I've used pdfFiller in the past and it has always fulfilled the needs I've had of allowing me to fill in documents just as if I had been sitting at a typewriter (I know I'm dating myself by saying that). The ability to do so and add signatures, save documents to a cloud folder, print the documents when needed, or even have the documents notarized or submitted to the IRS is a major time-saver! I trust that the team behind this product will continue to find ways to save people like me time without costing great sums of money. Do that and I may be able to continue to find room in my tight budget for you!

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can use the check and cross marks easily!
What do you dislike?
I dislike the fact that there isnt a hand-free drawing feature. I wish I could draw lines and curves on top of some pictures, for example!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use it to grade my students papers in Pdf. It is easier to attach hand written exercises to pdf, and then go directly to pdffiller.
