the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

How to Use the Copy Watermark Certificate Feature in pdfFiller
The Copy Watermark Certificate feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily duplicate watermarked certificates for multiple recipients. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the Copy Watermark Certificate feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document containing the watermark certificate.

Select the 'Copy Watermark Certificate' option from the dropdown menu.

A dialog box will appear, prompting you to enter the number of copies you want to create. Enter the desired number and click 'Copy'.

How do I copy and paste a watermark?
On the Design tab, select Watermark. Choose a pre-configured watermark, like DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL, or DO NOT COPY. For placing a logo or image, Select Watermark > Custom Watermark > Picture watermark > Select Picture.
Can you photocopy a watermark?
Watermarks are in the graphics layer and usually attached to the header/footer. It is not possible to copy both the main text and the watermark in the same process. You can only copy one layer at a time.
Can watermarks be copied or scanned?
