Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

this was very helpful making legal forms, a lot of options to navigate. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
The price is more than I would like to pay, so I probably will use temporarily but I'm sure I will return.

Why is my settlement happiness going down?
Happiness plummets because the stats are incorrect. It's a bug and there is no fix. Just revisit the settlement and the numbers will correct themselves. Happiness changes lags a bit, so it'll take time to increase/decrease.

Why is my happiness dropping in Fallout 4?
If you look at the Workstation Tab in your Pip boy when away from Sanctuary, you'll notice that your Water resources is at 0. This is why your happiness keeps dropping. The stores are just there for 100% Happiness.
Why is happiness going down in sanctuary?
For it to drop that low you might have been hit with the fast travel bug! If you fast travel out of a settlement the game may randomly set a stat to zero(like food or beds) until you go back to that settlement. The whole time the stat is at zero happiness will decline.
How do I fix happiness in Fallout 4?
To increase happiness, everyone in your settlement needs food, water, a bed, a job, and defense to ward off raiders. Plant plenty of food. Grab plants you find in the wasteland and plant them together in your settlement. Build a water purifier and hook it up to a general as soon as you can.

If you don't settle transactions on the same day especially when your volumes are huge then squaring off the OFFS transactions will take much longer and hence the money due to you will be delayed. When your volumes are large you might end up upsetting your cash flows.
