Great for what I needed it for Needed to complete nursery registration forms for my daughters (which were emailed to me in PDF format), but have no access to a printer, so really appreciate software like this! Was quickly able to complete, and then email back to the nursery. If you are someone who regular needs to complete PDF's online, then you would really benefit from this. Was slightly confusing to begin with, but quickly got my head around it.

Always ask your cab driver for a receipt, preferably as soon as you get into the car. If the receipt does not have the tip amount included, write it in with a note identifying it as a tip. Handing your company receipts you've filled out yourself can raise suspicions of fraud, according to forensic accountants.
Don't ask for a receipt: A study suggests that taxi drivers often overcharge business travelers. All of them mentioned to the driver that they were unfamiliar with the city, but in only half of the rides, they requested a receipt ahead of time and told the drivers that their employer would reimburse them.
Louis Frog, licensing team leader at Cheltenham Borough Council, said: “Taxi drivers are not allowed to refuse a fare if the journey starts and ends within the district, irrespective of how short a distance a fare may be. A driver cannot refuse a journey based on lack of distance.”
Fifteen to 20 percent of your fare is a good rule of thumb, but you can tip more or less depending on your experience. Check with the locals when you arrive at your destination to determine what you should consider when tipping your cab driver.
On the other hand, for a shuttle driver, no matter if there's a tip jar or not, it is appropriate to hand the driver a dollar or two at a minimum. If you have bags, a good rule of thumb is to tip the driver one dollar per bag, especially if they are heavy.
Yes, you can. In fact, I only ever pay for and tip cabs by credit card. I rarely carry cash and certainly not the amount that would take me from LGA to BK. That said, make sure you're getting into a legit yellow cab with a payment processor inside it.
Copenhagen taxis accept all major credit cards. In Copenhagen, you can hail a taxi anywhere on the street. Notice if the sign on top of the car or in the front window is lit. Only then the taxi is free.
Ask the server for your check. Verify the bill is correct and give the server your credit card. When the server brings back your card and receipt, you should see a space for a tip below the total cost of the meal. Add the meal cost and your tip together for the total.
Paying with Credit Cards Paying with plastic instead of cash automatically creates paper and electronic records of your fares and tips. If you tip the cabdriver with cash after paying for the fare using a credit card, have the driver add the tip to your receipt or write the amount on the receipt.
Tipping. It is customary to tip your taxi driver between 10 and 15 percent, depending on the quality of service. If your taxi driver helped you with your baggage, add $1 in tips for every luggage piece with which he assisted you.
Standards for Tipping: Limousine Chauffeurs: 10-$20 for Airport transfer or Point to Point Transfer or 50-$100 for several hours of service or multiple day service. Taxi Driver: 10-15% of base fare, depending on the level of service. Valet Parking Attendants: $$25 (when returning your car).
Fifteen to 20 percent of your fare is a good rule of thumb, but you can tip more or less depending on your experience. Check with the locals when you arrive at your destination to determine what you should consider when tipping your cab driver.
Transportation Tipping Cab driver: 15 percent to 20 percent tip of the fare. (Find out ahead of time if your cabbies accepts a credit card. If he or she doesn't, make sure you have enough cash for both fare and tip.) Airport transportation attendants: If the driver helps you with your bags, offer $1 per bag.
