The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software. Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs. Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it. May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.

Easy to use I couldn't find what I was looking for on the CRA site and this popped up in my search. I have used it before for Real Estate forms. I didn't know I could use it for CRA forms too. I love how easy it is to use.

New to this software but appears to be want I needed... New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.

An invoice is an itemized commercial document that records the products or services delivered to the customer, the total amount due, and the preferred payment method. The seller can send either paper or electronic invoices to the customer.
To create an invoice from an Excel template on a Windows PC, follow these steps: Open Microsoft Excel. Search for an Invoice Template. Choose Your Template. Open the Invoice Template. Customize the Invoice. Save the Invoice. Send the Invoice. Open Microsoft Excel.
An interim invoice is designed to break down the cost of a big project into smaller payments.
The primary purpose of an invoice is to formalize the agreement between the seller and the buyer regarding the sale of goods or services. Invoices serve several essential functions: Request for Payment: An invoice is a formal request for payment, specifying the amount due and the due date.
Invoices table. The Invoices table contains information on invoices registered in the System. Drop-down lists in the column headers allow ascending/descending sorting of the records. The Columns list allows hiding/unhiding columns.
For our table, we will create it based on the Invoice Line entity. We will create it by accessing the Relationship Designer and locating the Invoice->Invoice Line relationship. Once that relationship has been selected, we will select the Amount, Price Per Unit, and Quantity fields.
Split invoices are created with the same number of invoice line items as that of the source invoice. The amount for the split invoice is distributed based on the split percentage or split amount.
Splitting an invoice lets a customer spread out payments for a single invoice across multiple invoices. You can split an original draft invoice into multiple invoices, allocating all original charges across the new invoices on a percentage basis of your choosing.
