Definitely Useful
As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient.
PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively.
Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

How do you fix a crack in a log home?
Apply a good quality, siliconized latex caulk (not pure silicon) into the check, bringing it out close, but not even with the surface of the log. Skim off the excess caulking with your finger or a putty knife, making sure the caulking makes a strong, consistent contact with the top and bottom of the crack.
How do you repair a rotted log in a log home?
If the logs have some surface rot, you can chisel out the rotten part of the log down to good solid wood. Then drench the problem area with a wood preservative such as Penetrate. This wood preservative would be the water-soluble type which is a borate compound. Then use wood epoxy to cover the area in need of repair.

Identify damaged logs and asses extent of damage. When checking for log rot, your best bet is to go around the home with a rubber mallet or hammer, tapping on each log (not the chinking between logs). Get the right replacement. Cut out the log — carefully. Put in the new log. Seal. Finish.
