The only feature I don't see (maybe… The only feature I don't see (maybe I've missed it) that would be helpful is the ability to spilt a document.Otherwise, it's super easy to use.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

Steps to Create a Fillable Form in : Step 1: Log in to Your Account. Step 2: Select “Templates” from the Menu. Step 3: Click on “Create Template” and Select “Upload a File” Step 4: Upload Your Form. Step 5: Add Fillable Fields to Your Form. Step 6: Customize the Fillable Fields.
Recipients will now have the flexibility to decide whether to enable or disable the checkbox when signing the document. Step 1: Create a Checkbox Field. Step 2: Edit the Checkbox Properties. Step 3: Set the Checkbox as Optional.
Using the Undo Button Once a user has made a change they wish to reverse, locating the 'Undo' button on the toolbar is the first step. By clicking on this button, the most recent action will be undone, allowing users to quickly backtrack without any hassle.
Checkbox Values. Optional values that you can specify for each box. Values are shown to signers and included when you download the form data for the envelope. To mark the checkbox as checked for the recipient, select the box next to the value. The recipient can uncheck the box when they sign or leave it selected.
Note: For to recognize PDF form fields, the fields must be configured as printable. The form field properties Visible and Hidden But Printable support the conversion process.
Add a Checkbox Field Start an envelope or template as usual, adding files, recipients, and messages. In the Add Fields view, add a Checkbox field to your document. Click the "+" symbol to add additional checkboxes to the group. If you need to delete one of the checkboxes, just select it and then press Delete.
One common way to deselect a checkbox in is to simply click on the marked box again, which will uncheck it. Another method is to use the keyboard by navigating to the checkbox using the tab key and then pressing the spacebar or Enter key to unselect it.
Go to My Preferences > Signing and Sending > Custom Fields. To create a new custom field: Select ADD NEW FIELD. Enter the properties for the field.
