How do I reroute a ?
Tip of the Month: Assign it to Someone Else! Open the envelope, then in the top right select Other Actions, then Assign to Someone Else. Enter the new signer's email address, name, and a reason for changing the signing responsibility. When you're finished, select ASSIGN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
What does routing for signature mean?
Once contract negotiation is finalized, the contract needs to be sent to the supplier and internal signatory for signature. The internal signatory is the person who signs the contract, which can be yourself. The order you route the document depends on the circumstances of your contract.
How to route a document in ?
To send a document for signature: Select a message with one or more documents you want to send for signature. Follow the steps in Open eSignature. In the window, select Request signatures. Add a Recipient name and email in the Add Recipients pane. Select Add Recipient. Add more recipients as needed.

Click the ADD RECIPIENT drop down and select Add Routing Group. The conditional recipient is added to the recipients list and signing order is automatically enabled. Fill in the details for your conditional routing group. Enter the Routing Group Name to represent the group, and select the recipient action.
