PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. Great tool and I do have the paid version but the cost is a bit much. Not sure I would renew membership. That will be based on your personal needs.

I had issues with making changes and saving my documents. I reached out to Support and the help I received was excellent. The Support listened to my issue and tried to understand the problem. She persisted with suggestions until a solution was found and the programme worked. i appreciate how hard she tried to fix my issue.

How do I create a drop down field in PDF?
Click the “Add a dropdown list” button in the Forms Toolbar. Click to place the dropdown field into the form. The “Field Name” tag opens, where you can type a name for the dropdown.
How do you add a validation to a PDF?
