I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? Great customer service
Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

Very usable
It was easy to get started and the options were not too hard to locate
erasing is only left and right, the replace text field is not easy to use and it could be easier to just email a copy of a doc

Excellent, fair, easy to use.
pdfFiller has solved all my previous headaches. Receiving a PDF in the past was always a nightmare and I could never fill it out and it would lead to me printing and scanning. It was just a nightmare. pdfFiller solves all of that.
I love how easy to use it is and it has all of the features that I always wanted. I always hated PDFs because they always made things complicated and I couldn't mark up, sign, or make the changes that I needed to. This tool is inexpensive and solves all of my issues with PDFs.
The inability to be able to completed change wording. I have not figured out how to do that. In addition, I would like to see if it can integrate with our other software.

Overall a very good service
Not the cheapest subscription, but you can upload your documents, edit them, send them via emai, fax, USPS, sms, etc. Lots of functionality and very useful. Login anywhere to continue, even via app.

Where is the comment tool on PDF?
Comment can be found on the right-hand side of the toolbar. Click to open up a panel with Annotations and Drawing Markups – these can be displayed or hidden using the small triangles to the left of the titles. most useful. If required, Attach file (in Annotations) can be used to attach photos.
How do I add a comment box to a PDF?
Make Comments on PDF Click on the “Markup” button, located on the left side column. This will open more options on the toolbar. Choose your desired tool and location where you want to insert a comment in PDF. Options include Text comment, sticky note, text box, or text callout.
