So this being a followup review I can tell you I still love it as much as I did before. I was able to use it to fill out medical forms and also a form for a winter retreat. The only drawback to this PDFfiller.com is the cost.

Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.
I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. I found that I no longer needed pdfFiller but the subscription was renewed. Upon advising prfFiller they promptly refunded the subscription. A good and honest company.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
