I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I was able to locate and complete 10 years worth of 1099-R's online quite easily. They looked very nice and the process was much better than trying to hand type them on a typewriter! Saving the forms in multiple formats will also come in handy in the future.

EASY TO USE, TRULY ALLOWS ONE TO EDIT PDFS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE MORE FONTS AND THE ABILITY TO SET THE FONT SIZE MANUALLY, AND SMALLER THAN SIZE 8. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT, USEFUL APP.

It took a few minutes to learn navigation, but once figured it out all is good. Still many features that i have only scanned thru that really look very helpful.

It worked great in a pinch, but given the cost and how often you may or may not need something like this, I wonder if it'd be cheaper to buy a program to use rather than to keep this going on a monthly basis. I think it really depends on your individual needs. Though, when I needed something typed and there was no fillable version, this site was a lifesaver!

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
