Need to have more option to edit a document, like Microsoft Word.
When editing a document, there needs to be page breaks added. it appears as one long document until you go to turn it into a PDF where it is then broken into pages. It is impossible to get the spacing right since you have to go back and forth with the document.

The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. pdfIller can be a little confusing to use, so it isn't necessarily intuitive when I'm trying to find my docs that I created versus the filled out ones that come to me
