The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't…
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.
