PDFfiller seems to do everything I need, thanks. The only negative, and it's hard to pin down, is that the UI (user interface) seems to be overly busy and cluttered. But it works.

It gives you access to do alot of things it's easy to understand and it gives you a lot of options to convert and send

What is the IoU amount?
An IOU is a written promise that you will pay back some money that you have borrowed. IOU is an abbreviation for 'I owe you'.
What is a good IoU value?
Interpreting Intersection over Union The best possible value is 1. Still, from our experience, it is highly unlikely you will be able to reach such a score. Our suggestion is to consider IoU > 0.95 as an excellent score, IoU > 0.7 as a good one, and any other score as the poor one.
What is the threshold for IoU?
To calculate mAP, the IoU threshold is set to 0.5, meaning that only predictions with at least 50% overlap with the ground truth are considered positive detections.
What are the rules for IoU?
At a bare minimum, an IOU should include the borrower's name, the lender's name, the amount of the debt, the current date, the date the debt is due, and the borrower's signature. In addition, it's recommended that IOUs contain: How the debt is to be repaid (lump sum or installments)
