Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. What do you like best?
This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original

Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.
