It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.

I was looking for this solution. I work from multiple locations and multiple computers and using other pdf softwares that only allowed me to use the software on a certain number of registered devices was not a good solution for me anymore. I would have given this 5 stars, but I am still learning to use it, and I wish it was faster. In all fairness, the the lags may have to do with the processor in the chromebook I am primarily using it on right now which may not be that fast. It was an inexpensive device so it is very possible that my device is the reason for the slow transitions and not the software.

I was able to upload and edit a document. I sent it to someone across the country who printed, signed it and sent it back. I then e-signed it and submitted it to a third party successfully.

This has saved me some much time on filling out all my documents & storing them as well !!! I just love how you can erase information & add other items to it as well!
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it does have a hard time reading some of the documents & uploading them correctly . I then have to restart the program a couple of times before it actually is able to load the document .

All PDF tools in one app My overall satisfaction about that app is a lot, it's just great tool for everyone, for students and also employees as well, at any time people can make change in their document and send it wherever it's needed. That's basically great app, because you can solve all document issues in one app, scanning, adding image to the document putting dates, even signature, saving as pdf, or word or excel, sending to email, printing and etc. which help users to save more time. I remember I faced problem while logging in, actually I think to login for that kind of program is something extra.

I don't like to pay in US Dollars! Takes a bit of a time to get used to the software. I was not aware that the prices are in US Dollars otherwise I would have opted for a Canadian companyOver all a very good software with many built in options to choose on.

Very easy to use Very easy to use. Loved it. Struggled with editing sideways orientated text. Type replaced went a little wonky, it was for a quick edit to a a basic document, not an official presentation, in which case I might have required a more powerful editor.

What's covered in a T&M contract? Materials costs associated with the construction project, including the actual cost of materials (including freight), taxes, and a specified markup — typically between 10% and 30%.
An example of a time and materials contract is a contract that stipulates a $30 hourly rate plus an additional 10% on any items purchased. It also states that buyers will not pay more than $1,000 in materials and in excess of 80 hours of labor.
Under the T&M pricing model, the client controls the project. This means that you can have a direct impact on the project during the entire development time. When the task is completed and you have a visible result - you pay for the work of the team (payment can occur monthly, quarterly, etc.
A time and materials contract requires a client to pay for a contractor's time and money spent on materials. They usually specify an hourly rate plus a markup for materials. While many of these contracts are based on an estimate, the estimate may not be the full price required at the end of the project.
Simply take the sales price minus the unit cost, and divide that number by the unit cost. Then, multiply by 100 to determine the markup percentage. For example, if your product costs $50 to make and the selling price is $75, then the markup percentage would be 50%: ( $75 – $50) / $50 = . 50 x 100 = 50%.
Materials costs and markup: The client is usually billed for the actual cost of materials and a markup of somewhere between 15% and 35%. Time and materials not to exceed clause: This clause covers the costs of the entire project, rather than just labor. This helps the client know what they will spend at a maximum.
