It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

How do you politely ask for payment?

Send a Brief Email Requesting Payment. Speak to the Client By Phone. Consider Cutting off Future Work. Research Collection Agencies. Review Your Legal Options.
How do you write a payment release letter?
Express gratitude for doing business with you. Use courteous and sincere language. Mention the urgency of the dues to be paid on time for account purposes. Highlight details about the goods or services supplied. Give details like reference numbers of the delivery.
How long can you go without paying your phone bill?
The account can be suspended several days after its due date, up to 30 or 60 days. AT&T Wireless Similar to other carriers when bills go unpaid, AT&T allows customers a brief grace period of up to 60 days to secure their finances and pay their mobile phone bill before shutting off service.

If it's a non combined bill situation you didn't get shut on day 3. Open the app, select make payment, you will see fields for amount date and method. Every day you can change here is totally fine and will guarantee service. You get 3.5 weeks typically even in the worst case scenario.
