It's been very good working with PDF Filler. Makes saving forms so much easier. I only have one complaint. When it comes to dates, I usually need to write it as year-month-day; but PDF Filler is already programmed as day-month-year so I have to keep on erasing dates and fill it out by hand, which is annoying.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Something went wrong, when I was filling once it stopped me suddenly. It saved the work, luckily. But I lost two minutes to restart my job, and this wasn't nice.

As an attorney, I am always filling out forms and also filing documents online that need my signature. PDFfiller does all of these things with ease. It is an invaluable tool to me.

Stop changing the format. I love the way it is. Each time you make changes it slows me down as I have to learn a new way to operate.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)
