With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. King of PDF Filling
PDFfiller really saves time by allowing you to directly write on the PDF. Previously I had to print it out and fill out the details and have to rescan the document and PDFfiller eliminates all these steps.
It's very simple to use as you just have to drop the PDF file which needs to be filled.
The biggest advantage is that it also works with a file which is not "fillable" by allowing you to add text and images on it.
Often times larger PDF file doesn't work directly so I have to divide it and have to re-upload them again. I think it would be really helpful if PDFfiller allows such functionality by default where it either works directly or ability to divide it on their website.

Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. Locating this chat support option was easy and not hidden amongst FAQs or literature used to distract and deter you from reaching out
