I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

I like that I can find most of the forms I need bit it is very difficult, at least for me to align some of my typing to the actual corresponding lines. (eg): pleading paper. Im sure there is a way but i haven't learned the whole program yet

The fill in is with text boxes like in word. That works well. It worked well. Not as good as a PDF document that already has input fields but much better than printing the PDF document and filling it in by hand,

much better than trying to fill out… much better than trying to fill out some of these forms by hand or create a form from image using something like Adobe acrobat. Only problem was you should probaby do better quality control on the forms provided.
