I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

I had an issue that was my fault and it was taken care of immediately. Even late at night. I was very worried that there was no phone number or email to contact them but they replied quickly through their live support and took care of my issue and fully refunded my money. Thanks.b
