So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. Works great! Less expensive than the full version of adobe, but wish it was a one time purchase. May not continue after the trial period due to cost.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

What do you like best?
GREAT to use, has lots of options and you can upload almost anything!
What do you dislike?
I wish that there were more options, like adding icons, or company stamps. I also have found sometimes when I download it there are lines that run through it, very frustrating when it took like an hour to manipulate a document, and it won't upload without random lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically AIA forms for commercial contracting, such a great tool!

Easy and Superb!
I love how easy pdfFiller is to use. Also, the results are amazing! I uploaded a signature that looked great from my computer but I couldn't get the page colour right. PdfFiller fixed the colour so that the background of the upload and the entire document were identical. I didn't need to try fixing it myself!

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted the customer service team of pdfFiller when I had a problem and it was dealt with straight away. I spoke to someone called Harmhon and they were really kind and understanding. They replied to me very quickly and the problem was resolved in less than a few minutes. Overall, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to a friend.
