I love it Its it is so easy to use. The only problem is I don't need it often enough to pay the cost of it. I only needed a couple of forms, but for a business I can see were it would be a great investment.

I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever.
I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

I like it....I didn't appreciate the automatic payment/sign up. I would have rather been notified that my trial was ending with the OPTION to renew or not renew rather than automatically being signed up.

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!

How do I prepare my defective phone for return?

Re: Should I reset my phone before sending it back? Absolutely, and to truly clear it you need to enable encryption first then do a factory reset, that guarantees that all personal data is not only cleared but not retrievable through recovery type software as well.
How do I wipe my phone before sending it back?
Step 1: Start by backing up your data. Step 2: Deactivate factory reset protection. Step 3: Log out of your Google accounts. Step 4: Delete any saved passwords from your browsers. Step 5: Remove your SIM card and any external storage. Step 6: Encrypt your phone. Step 7: Upload dummy data.
