Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! A reliable and quick to use PDF signing and editing platform
Quick and easy signing for PDF forms, especially on mobile devices.
PDFfiller is web-based, so it's easy for me to access on my phone if I need to quickly sign or edit a PDF file.
Additional features in the paid subscription model (more editing options), would convince me to sign-up for the paid versions of the software.

Spelling assistance
The spelling check assistance is not very effective. It is difficult to predict where the cursor must be placed for the correction suggestions to pop up.

What do you like best?
Ease of use, flexibility of tools and automatic saving. Full encompassing product, re-write, over test, add images, move fields, add e-signatures, and complete forms. All gets saved in a highly professional manner, and saved automatically to my own personal files.
What do you dislike?
Having to re-verify login each time I visit the site often with delay whilst an email arrives, sometimes have to click through multiple screens.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, you'll be immediately hooked. On first use, give yourself 10mins to familiarise yourself with the product it is incredibly intuitive, easy to teach onesful.

No Problems, benefits are to adjust and edit pdf documents with ease, adjust previously written words, add to them, over right, add images.
