I like using the program the only downfall for me is unless I pay more for the subscription I'm not allowed to use the premier options. That is my opinion It's already expensive for me since I really only use it for tax returns.

Great Program with pretty much all you need
This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. THIS THING IS A DREAM (although I did have some kind of issue opening up a file.) I used the MERGE function and it merged some files I didn't need. That was weird. So I'm editing one page at a time instead. That seems to be working.

Can I remove someone from my house deed?
If you own property with another person, and that person sells or gives you his share, you can remove their name from the deed by getting signatures on a quitclaim or a warranty deed. You'll have to prepare and sign the deed according to your state laws, then file it with the proper state agency.
