People want to type into box which needs signed into is one problem another is email comes from PDF filler and a lot of people don't know I'm one sending stuff to be signed

Great app! Use it on my phone which is great and handy in situations where documents need to be signed and done in a hurry. Only down fall is mailing documents sometimes gets sent to spam or junk mail. So tell your recipient to check their spam box just incase.

The format of the website was a lot to get used to as there are a plethora of options to go through. Once I was familiar with the site it became obvious this was everything I needed it to be. Great functionality, easy to use. Highly recommend.

Great Program with pretty much all you need
This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

How do you sign over a paycheck to someone else?
Usually, when you deposit a check, you first need to sign the back of it. This is called endorsing the check. Underneath the line where you sign the check is a small area for notes. To sign a check over to someone else you should first endorse it, then write Pay to the order of: followed by the person's name.
How can I cash a check that's not in my name?
4 Answers. It's theoretically possible but pretty unlikely that you'll be successful if the check is very big. This would be done by having the payee endorse the check (sign the back) and below that write “PAY TO THE ORDER OF JOHN SMITH”, and then John Smith can endorse and then cash or deposit the check.
Can someone deposit a check for me without my signature?
No Endorsement You don't always have to endorse checks. Some banks allow you to deposit checks without a signature, account number, or anything else on the back. For extra security, you can still write for deposit only in the endorsement area.
Can you sign over a payroll check to someone else to cash?
Third Party Some banks allow you to deposit payroll checks that belong to other individuals into your bank account. The original check payee must sign the check and then write “pay to the order of” and then print your name. You must then sign the check beneath this statement.
Can I cash my friends check for him?
If you have a friend or family member whom you trust, and who has a checking account, you may be able to cash your check by endorsing the check over to them to cash. When you endorse the check, you'll sign your name and underneath write Pay to the order of [friend's name], under which they'll endorse the check.
Can you cash a check that's not yours?
Anyone can cash or deposit a check with a blank endorsement, even if the check is not written to him or her. You should only do a blank endorsement if you are cashing a check, and don't sign it until you are at the financial institution.
What happens if you cash someone else's check?
Not all banks accept them, but a few do. If you get (steal), blank checks from someone else, fill it in with a forged signature, then cash it, you are violation of both State and Federal laws. If all of it inside one state, that state will be more than happy to toss you into a state prison.
