Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. I needed a template to create a one pager for a project and pdf filler was perfect for editing the document. I could even add pictures.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! Recommending it to all my friends, from now on!

I think this is a very good software. It is easy to fill and sign a document or to create your own. I am having some trouble finding a document that I started and did not finish. And I would like to learn everything that it offers.

How do you deposit an invoice?

A deposit should be reflected on an invoice. A proforma invoice or a quote cannot replace the invoice in terms of indicating that the deposit is expected and then has been paid. If VAT is applicable, the appropriate VAT should be determined as well for the down payment.
