Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form.
I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

Needed an online PDF editor for contracts, works better than expected!
I can sign and edit PDF files anytime, anywhere.
The availability of it from any device, anywhere. All the platforms are great both the web and local apps.
Sometimes it's laggy because it runs online but I suppose that's the tradeoff of having it available everywhere.

Thanks to this app I am able to edit my PDFs so easily. This helps a lot in my corporate life. I do not know what I would do without it. my favorite feature is the one that allows me to edit the order of the pages, and merge PDFs together.

Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! Quick and Easy
I needed it to quickly fill out some forms. Inserting text so it lines up with lines on the form is a little tricky, but other than that, pretty straightforward. Would definitely recommend!
